DESPATCH
Goods
should be despatched within three-five business days of ordering. If an item is
out of stock and we are unable to despatch within five business days, we will
advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer
you a full refund or partial shipment of your order.
If
there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon
after placing your order. Our system automatically acknowledges receipt of your
order, however acknowledgement of receipt does not constitute acceptance of
your offer to purchase.

PRICES
The
price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm
your order.
Mystery
Tea House reserves the right to vary its current price list at any time without
prior notice.
Items will be invoiced to the purchaser at the price ruling at the date of
dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing or other durable medium by the
company in advance.
6.
RETURNS
We
require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original
packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the
item or sign of usage.
The return postal
cost will be at your charge. Refund of postal cost for exceptional
circumstances remain at our discretion.
